Yes they should receive similar bailouts depending upon the loss and utility to the country.
Boeing, hasn’t made its case as yet though production has slowed down and lay offs have taken place. Corporate and business jet manufacturers are also feeling the heat, lay offs are continuing and so is curtailment in production. Military aircraft programs are also under intense scrutiny due to budget sanctions.
The carriers whether big or small are again in the red due to empty seats–little revenue.
